Define your active is a campaign, paired with decathlon, that encourages outdoor activities for the elderly, with a focus on the beneficial impact the outdoor has on their mental well-being.

The objective of the campaign is to redefine the concept of activity. Being active for the elderly does not have to be excessively energetic, powerful or dynamic; activeness can be redefined as a walk outside, social activities, an active mind…To convey this meaning the campaign carries a warm, calm and approachable feeling, that is inclusive to forms of activeness that are accessible to the elderly.
